The fast-growing IT network has dramatically influenced the management of supply chains, such as service flexibility, responsiveness, customer values, etc. Service and innovation require the interdisciplinary methodologies and the integration between enterprise practices and academic research. It also involves knowledge from multiple fields including supply chain management, information systems, service sciences, knowledge management, etc.

The conference will include a number of keynote speeches from leading academicians and practitioners, as well as a number of workshops, involving executives from the industry. There will also be workshops for doctoral students, and young scholars.
